Trip to Sight and Sound
As we approach Christmas, New Hope for Agricultural Development is organizing a fundraising trip to Site and Sound showing "JESUS"
Please come and enjoy a beautiful day as we watch this spectacular show depicting the life of our Savior Jesus Christ.
Date: Saturday January 5th 2019
Cost: $160 for adults and $80 per child less than 13 years old. Fee includes tickets to the show, all you can eat buffet, and transport via luxurious coach bus
NHAD Yard Sale 2016
We held our very first fundraising Yard Sale on June 25th. We want to give special thanks to Pastor Joseph Voltaire, the Pastor of Theophilles Church and the member of the church who not only participated, but provided us with the space we needed for the event. We also want to thank all of our supporters and volunteers who made the event a success. The Yard Sale was held in an effort to raise funds for the new irrigation project. We need approximately $200,000 for that project.
NHAD Banquet 2015
The banquet was a success. With the money raised we were able to build a new pump for the cultivation project.
Haiti Food Distribution (Post Hurricane Matthew)
Despite the tragic impact of Hurricane Matthew, we are happy to say that thanks to a number of donors, we were able to provide food and other miscellaneous resources to the people heavily impacted by the hurricane. We were able to send supplies throughout various regions of Haiti including L'azile, Grand-Goave, Jeremie, and Aux-Cayes.
A team from NHAD just returned from Haiti from a missionary trip. Dozens of people were saved. We went to La Biche, Cavaillon and Malivert, L’Azile respectively, the latter where the Agricultural program is located. We had an Agricultural fair where there were over 150 people, including three agronomists in attendance. The following were included at the event: Foods, plantings, sales, as well as evangelization. Overall, the trip was a success by the grace of the Lord. We want to thank everyone for their prayers and financial contributions. May God continue to bless you all!
